The technical training team complements the field sales force with training of the distributors and the company's own front line sales personnel. We have a strategic partnership with Koster of Germany which is World’s No.1 in water proofing solutions. This alliance is not only to make world class products available to Indian markets but also to provide after sales service to all Koster products across the country. The service range would include major products of Koster such as complete crack injection, joint sealants mortar waterproofing etc. to name a few

The technical support team at Talrak supports the architects, designers, contractors, and owners. The support area is: training the personnel of contractors to the right use of products and systems, the architects and designers are provided with specification support and assistance and the owners are assisted with the recommendation of right products and systems needed for the successful completion of their projects and achieving the durability of their constructions. The centrally located laboratory provides testing support of materials available at the site to customize the product dosages and methodology of application for specific norms. Troubleshooting of failures, if any, will be done by the product group champions complemented by the international support wherever required. Talrak maintains a database on outsourcing services to the construction industry. Talrak can provide assistance to its customers in identifying the external resources for the services that they may need in addition to the Talrak's scope of product offerings
