✨ Mondays hit differently when there’s music, celebration, and plenty of reasons to cheer!💃🎶

Our latest TGIM (Thank God It’s Monday) brought together the vibrant spirit of Navratri, incredible talent, and well-deserved recognition.

The Rubberband band, our in-house band, delivered power-packed performances. The Dhol & Tasha group had everyone on their feet, dancing to the iconic beats of Dholi Taro. The festive energy was truly contagious!

At Capgemini, it’s moments like these that bring us closer, celebrate what makes each of us unique, and create a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.

India’s GCC story is entering a bold new chapter.

What began as a destination for delivery excellence is rapidly evolving into a powerhouse for innovation, strategic decision-making, and IP creation.

At the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), Sanjay Chalke, CEO-India, Capgemini, had the opportunity to join industry peers for a panel discussion on "GCCs as Innovation Engines: Drivers for Global Impact," exploring the future trajectory of Global Capability Centers.

During the session, Sanjay shared how India’s GCC journey is evolving, with Scale giving India reach, Capability giving it credibility, and Ownership giving it global influence:
🔹Scale: India has already demonstrated significant scale in technology.
🔹Capability: The focus now is capability multiplication, with small teams in India managing significant portions of global work.
🔹 Ownership: The next phase calls for headquarters to invest in GCCs and give them greater ownership.

This raises the key question for the road ahead: can India own global enterprise decisions?

At Capgemini India, we see GCCs as strategic nerve centers turning AI and emerging technology into real-world business impact. We’re confident that the evolving Indo-French partnership will continue to unlock new opportunities for businesses and create greater value for both nations.

For 10 years, Impact Together Month has brought our people together with clients, NGO partners, and communities around a shared purpose: creating meaningful change in the communities where we live and work. 🤝🌍

But our story of volunteering goes back much further. For generations, making a positive impact has been part of who we are.

What started in 2017 as Impact Together Week with just 160 colleagues has grown into a global movement – last year alone, over 32,000 of us supported community initiatives, helping over 309,000 beneficiaries through collaborations with 441 NGO partners and 24 clients.

This year, we are celebrating the values, people, and actions that continue to define us.

Let's come together once again and make Impact Together Month 2026 our most impactful yet.

Inspired by the impact we create together? Explore career opportunities and be part of a team that makes a difference every day.👉 bit.ly/4oguaih

Confidence in agentic AI is running well ahead of clarity on how to measure its returns.

In a recent feature by NDTV, our research found that 93% of business leaders believe organizations that scale AI agents within a year will gain a critical edge over competitors, with 85% of Indian firms expecting agentic AI to transform their operations and 67% already piloting its use. Large companies are moving faster too, with 40% expected to scale agentic AI by 2026, compared to 22% of smaller firms. Yet despite this momentum, return on investment remains the question many leaders are still working to answer.

The next phase of agentic AI will not be defined by adoption alone, but by the ability to demonstrate measurable business impact at scale.
