Failure Development Step by Step

Step 1: Lubrication Problem Begins
>Low engine oil level
>Blocked oil passage
>Oil pump failure

Repair
Remove crankshaft.
Perform crack inspection (Magnetic Particle Inspection).
Replace crankshaft (recommended).
Replace all bearings.
Inspect connecting rods.
Flush lubrication system.
Check oil pump and oil passages.
Reassemble and verify oil pressure.
