New Video: Stop attaching spreadsheets. Import them.

FlowMattic 7.2 adds CSV import to FlowMattic Tables. Click Import CSV, drop the file in, and about a minute later that spreadsheet is a real table inside WordPress.

-> The wizard reads your header row and works out what each column holds — text, numbers, dates — proposing a type for every one

-> Then it stops and asks you. Rename a column, change a type, mark one as required. Nothing is created until you confirm the shape is right

-> On confirm the table is created and rows go in batches of fifty, so a large file doesn't time out, it just keeps going

-> After that it's an ordinary FlowMattic table — every workflow step can read it and write to it. Look up a customer mid-run, add a row when a form comes in, update a record when an order ships

-> Files accepted up to 20 MB

The whole point in one line: it stopped being a file.

New Video: Ask for a workflow in plain English. Watch it get built on your own site.

FlowMattic 7.2 adds Workflow Tools to the MCP Server. Turn the switch on and a connected AI client — Cursor, Claude Desktop, any MCP client — can browse your real apps and their real events, then create, change and test-run workflows on your own WordPress site.

New Video: Your workflow can read the invoice now.

FlowMattic 7.2 adds the PDF Parser — four actions that let a workflow read a PDF from a URL or a Media Library ID. No copying, no pasting, no manual step in the middle.

-> Parse PDF — the text, with an optional per-page breakdown, a page range, and the document metadata

-> Get PDF Metadata — title, author, subject, keywords, producer, dates and page count without touching the text. Fast, and it works on scanned files too

-> Search PDF Text — a word, phrase or regular expression, with every match returned with its page number and surrounding context. This is how you route invoices, contracts and reports on what's actually inside them

-> Extract Images from PDF — embedded images pulled straight into your Media Library

And one limit stated plainly rather than glossed over: a scanned PDF is a picture of a page, so there's nothing for Parse PDF to read. The video shows the way around it — extract the page images and hand them to an AI vision step, and the scan becomes readable too.

New Video: Bring your own HTML. Get back a PDF.

FlowMattic 7.2 adds two actions for anyone who already has the markup — Generate PDF from HTML and Generate Image from HTML. Your HTML, your CSS, rendered and saved straight to the Media Library.

-> This is not the PDF template builder. That one is for designing a template inside FlowMattic field by field. These actions take the markup you already have

-> Page size, orientation and margin on the PDF action, PNG or JPEG at a fixed size (or grown to fit) on the image one

-> Two engines: Cloudflare Browser Rendering for full modern CSS — flexbox, grid, web fonts — or the built-in engine that calls no external service at all

-> You don't even have to write the HTML. Ask Claude for the layout, paste it in, then swap the fixed values for dynamic tags

-> One form submission producing a PDF, an image and an email, every run rendering the same design with real data

Under two minutes, and you'll see the whole thing end to end.

New Video: Stop keeping two of everything.

A workflow used to start one way. Now the same workflow can start from several triggers — a webhook from one store, a webhook from another, a schedule, a form — and every one of them runs the same action steps. No more duplicating a workflow just to start it a second way.

-> The dashed Add New Trigger box, 1.1 and 1.2 sitting on the canvas, both feeding the same first action step

-> The one rule that makes it work: your steps keep using the FIRST trigger's tags, so {webhook1.customer_email} never changes. Each extra trigger maps onto those keys once, on the Capture tab

-> Auto-map matching keys fills every empty row in one click and leaves anything you typed yourself alone

-> The right side of a mapping row is a text field, not just a dropdown — feed one full name from a first name and a last name, or drop in static text

-> Each webhook trigger gets its own URL, and Task History labels every run with the trigger that started it

One thing worth remembering, and it's in the video: only the keys you map arrive. The map is the payload.

New Video: A support agent that can actually look things up.

Most support bots only read your docs. So they handle the easy questions and forward everything else to you — because the hard ones need your data: when did this customer order, what plan are they on, has this come up before?

-> The ticket arrives by webhook, the agent takes it from there

-> WP Tables Find Record and WordPress Get User by Email attached as the agent's Tools, so it queries your real data instead of guessing from a prompt

-> A System Prompt that tells it to admit when it isn't confident, and a Branch on that confidence score

-> Anything it's unsure about goes to Human in the Loop for approval on Slack — you see two tickets, two different outcomes

All of it runs inside your own site, so customer data never leaves it. The best part isn't that it answers — it's that it knows when to ask.
