Roles and Responsibilities

* Experience/ Understanding of Construction Contractor Company preferred
* Experience a End to End Construction Secotr ERP Implementation in Any Organization
* Investigate and resolve ERP support issues escalated from the support team
* Provide user administration on ERP
* Research and apply application fixes as needed
* Perform analysis of project requests to determine business flow system process change
* Provide end-user training both one-to-one and in a group setting
* Basic knowledge of SQL Queries
* Communicate with Internal users regarding Data Setup Includes
* Have an Understanding of Estimation, Inventory, Supply Chain Management, Workflow, Financial, Accounting & Dashboards ERP Modules
* Ability to Pick Up New Technical Skills and Information Quickly
* Ability to Manage and Multitask in a Face-paced Environment
* Ability to Work Independently
* Basic knowledge of Server, Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
