We (KPSS) introduce ourselves as Air - Conditioner Service providers and we offer to maintain your Air - Conditioners under Annual maintenance Contract(AMC).

AMC - Terms & Conditions

1) Your period of contract is from () to ()
2) The Unit will be inspected and serviced by us for 6 times in a year at an interval of 60 days. Any
breakdown calls closer to the routine services should be informed one week in advance so that the
Service Engineer will attend the breakdown along with the Routine Service.
3) In addition to above, all break down calls received by the company during normal working hours
between 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM will be attended as early as possible, but within 24 hours of receipt of
calls. Sunday and holidays minor issues with be fixed within 6 hours and major issues will take up to
24 hours.
4) Overhauling & repairing of the air conditioners / parts as and when found necessary will be carried
out free of charge either in our service center or at our dealers place if not at site.
5) In case the user proposes to change the unit location or change in the ownership, user must
intimate company / authorized dealer at least one week before such change takes place so that the
service obligations may be continued from old location to the new location or transferred from one
owner to other. Further the shifting & re-installation charges/ transportation etc., will be paid for by the
old / new user.
6) Defects mainly caused by High Voltages, Natural Calamities like Thunder Flash will not be
considered under this AMC.
7) 100% advance payment should be made along with the order via Cheque / Cash in favor of “KP
Sales & Services”
