Tilak Mehta (Young Indian Entrepreneur), a 13-year-old boy, who launched his company Papers N Parcels in 2018, to ease courier services in Mumbai. Known as “Papers N Parcels“, his startup is dedicated to carrying small parcels and papers within Mumbai for an assured intra-day delivery.Tilak Mehta is like any other Mumbai teenager. The 13-year-old attends a suburban school studying in Class VIII, and rues about his father coming home from work late and tired. But the similarities stop there. Tilak is a budding entrepreneur who has founded a logistics start-up, sold the idea to a banker and convinced him to quit the job and join him as the Chief Executive, and also roped in the famed Dabbawalas to help him with the last-mile distribution.

The minds which never quit.
Ninjacart is a fresh food supply chain conglomerate based out of India.
Their primary objective is to fix the food crisis of the nation.
While India is 2nd on worlds largest food producers, it ranks 102nd on the world’s hungriest nations.
44% farmers grow food at a loss.
Ninjacart analyzed this issue and realized population wasn’t the issue.
Problem lied with the supply and demand chain.
50% of Our annual fresh food goes to waste just because it wasn’t delivered to the retailers in time.
They work tirelessly to gather investors to help build more cold storage warehouses.
They also implemented RFID setup to their transportation services to track efficiency and reduced it from 40 hours to 12 hours and effectively preserving 50 times more food than initially.
They also reduced transportation charges by 60%.
Within a few years they became India’s largest B2B fresh produce supply chain and are now backed up by Walmart as they invested $50 Mn in Ninjacart.

But they didn’t start out this way.
Founder Thirukumaran Nagarajan and friends had 5 failed startups before Ninjacart bloomed.
In an interview they stated how to ensure Ninjacart didn’t fail they analyzed the market pattern and understand the problems faced by the consumers, vendors and retailers by living in mandis for 5 weeks.
Their gusto is what makes Ninjacart a $400 Mn enterprise.

Shravan and Sanjay Kumaran, 18 and 16, President and CEO of Go Dimensions:

These teenage siblings have been in the news for the last few years for their innovation skills. At 18 and 16, they are the youngest Mobile Application developers in the country and are in the contention to become the best entrepreneurs in the upcoming year. The brothers are the founders of the start-up company ‘Go Dimensions’ which develops mobile applications for both the Android and the iOS platforms. The boys share a common motivation of helping out people with simple technological solutions that can be accessed readily. Recently, they developed an application called ‘GoDonate’ that aids in the donation of leftover food to the needy people which would have otherwise ended in the trash. Social contribution is a big driving factor behind their own projects which are funded by their own father. On being asked about how they could do so much at such a young age, they accredited their prowess to books and finding solutions to problems given to them.
Sanjay and Shravan Kumaran wish to see their apps being used by people throughout the world. They have started their journey towards achieving their goals as they have already designed over out 11 apps that have a record 60,000 downloads across 60 countries of the world. They were handsomely facilitated for their achievements in 2017 when Forbes included them in the list of ‘Forbes 30 Under 30'.

One idea to improve the quality of the air in urban settings is by an alumnus of IIT Kanpur. He has invented a ‘Smart Bio-Filter’ flowerpot named ‘UBreathe’. This amplifies the natural air purification process all around us.
UBreathe has three components: The plant, a smart flowerpot, and microbe-enriched soil.
The number of plants required in one more depends on the size. But one UB unit is sufficient to purify air within 15 mins in a 200 sq ft room.
This startup certainly proves that every problem can we worked out with a solution.
We Hail the spirit of the students of this country who are committed to bring a greener and more sustainable tomorrow.

We focus on a teacher who has conquered her entrepreneurial dreams, has inspired many through her journey and is guiding the rest.
