Standing in front of one of the most technically challenging façade projects I’ve worked on.

With multiple cantilevered building elements, inclined fins, and complex geometries, executing this project using a unitised façade system has truly tested design coordination, tolerances, logistics, and on-site ex*****on.

Despite the challenges, the project continues to progress at pace—driven by strong teamwork, precise site coordination, and continuous support from the Schüco India Service Team.

Challenges remain, but commitment, collaboration, and clear engineering intent keep the momentum strong.

Engineering the skyline — work in progress at 49 floors.

The unitised façade system by Schüco India has reached the 49th floor (top level), marking a key milestone in the installation phase.

From alignment control, tolerance management, anchorage coordination, and high-wind installation planning, the project continues to demand precision-driven façade engineering and disciplined site ex*****on.

Façade Progress | Tower-1 – The Flagship by CRC Group

~60% façade work completed using a Schüco Unitised Façade System with multiple sections across elevations to match the architectural intent.

Featuring 200 mm projected fins and inclined fins with a bold 450 mm projection — a true reflection of system strength, design flexibility, and precise ex*****on.

Standing tall with G+30 Floors, featuring two iconic towers D & E — both executed with precision using Schüco TropTec systems.

✨ System Details:
• Slider: AS 39 SC.NI
• Window: AW 40.NI
• Door: ADS 50.NI
• Façade: SC 50.NI
• Insert Unit: AW 58.NI

🏙️ The project also includes an exclusive Skyvilla façade between the 30th to 32nd floors, designed with Unitised System, showcasing performance and elegance at height.

Both towers are now at the verge of final handover — a testament to teamwork, precision, and commitment.

Façade work at Noida International Airport is progressing rapidly and nearing completion!
It’s exciting to witness our advanced façade systems taking final shape on site. The FWS 60 SG in the OBW Building and FWS 50 SG.NI, along with AWS/ADS 65 windows and ADS 50 doors at the ATC structures, are almost fully installed.

Kudos to the Service Team for their unwavering commitment to precision, performance, and quality.
