The Flagship by CRC Group — where architectural vision is turning into reality. Supporting inspection and installation activities for the 5.8m high Sky Lounge facade panels from the 23rd floor has been an exciting journey.

Multiple panel typologies integrated with the Schueco India system in Tower-1 — shaping one of the most impressive towers in the development.

Special appreciation to all teams involved in making this concept possible through coordination, technical excellence, and ex*****on.

Facade failures are not always about glass or profiles…

Sometimes, it’s about the smallest components.

This serrated washer used in unitised facade floor brackets plays a critical role:
• Prevents slippage
• Maintains alignment
• Ensures proper load transfer

But poor manufacturing quality—
uneven serrations, rough finishing, inconsistent thickness—
can lead to long-term performance issues.

In facade ex*****on, details are everything.

Standing in front of one of the most technically challenging façade projects I’ve worked on.

With multiple cantilevered building elements, inclined fins, and complex geometries, executing this project using a unitised façade system has truly tested design coordination, tolerances, logistics, and on-site ex*****on.

Despite the challenges, the project continues to progress at pace—driven by strong teamwork, precise site coordination, and continuous support from the Schüco India Service Team.

Challenges remain, but commitment, collaboration, and clear engineering intent keep the momentum strong.
