We also often loudly declare, with a flash of heroic fervor, that we would sacrifice our lives for our loved ones. But what about the little, but very important sacrifices?
Can you quit your bad habits for them? Start loving yourself more for them, or learn to say NO for your own sake and by extension theirs?
