We have created the interactive 3D Virtual Reality Simulated Environment (i3DVRSe) for numerous project for various clients capturing multiple constru
ction phases of metro, airport, highway, underpass, flyover complex multi modal urban development. We create virtual environment for two scenarios existing as well as proposed comprising of roads, road side objects, road infrastructure, signages, interchanges, flyovers, underpass, bridges, rail, tunnels, yards, railway stations etc. Integration of Satellite imagery, geographical location, road network, section creation, section placement, landscaping etc. Thematic creation of model of Buildings, bridges, road furniture (exterior), neighbouring area (exterior), creation of special structures like VUP, ROB, Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, flyover, object animations, scripting, sample human movements, vehicle movements, signage and markings etc. V-Ray lighting 3D walkthroughs (Interior, Exterior) etc. For the purpose of physically creating planned infrastructure, we have used the inputs such as photography and videography of actual on ground conditions in the project area, terrain data from satellite imagery calibrated with survey data provided by respective client, Satellite imagery from Google, horizontal/vertical alignment Cad file data from Client, section data from Client, designs of bridges, underpasses, intersections, roundabouts, road furniture details from Client, etc. The data creation activities are in compliance to detailed drawings. The final deliverable is provided to in the form of a data file in the .rd and video format, along with presentation software for accessing and demonstrating the i3DVRSe data. The delivered data files will have the attributes as follows and as specified:

1. Ability to interactively move in real time to various locations inside the environment and conduct visual examination, travel in a vehicle, travel on defined flightpaths, show the drive experience, visibility of signages, etc.
2. Actual geographical position, terrain data, satellite imagery.
3. Horizontal and vertical alignment of roads using design data, including their cross sections and transitions, railings, kerbs, sidewalks, bridge / tunnel structures, lane width including grade intersections and special structures such as clover leafs, rotaries, ramps, flyovers, underpasses, toll areas etc.
4. Road related features such as power / telephone poles, road markings, signages, models, toll plazas, etc.
5. Surrounding environment features such as vegetation, buildings, houses, installations, farms, demonstrative movement of people, land development (present and future) etc.
6. Traffic movement based on available data of traffic volumes, traffic profiles, signal phasing, distribution at junctions etc which can be instantly modified.
7. Ability to show process simulations or movement operations.
8. Ability to show various weather conditions and daylight conditions.
