White Paper RUSM ( Rashtriya Urja Sourya Muhim) - NESM ( National Energy Solar Mission ) - 100GW Solar by 2022 which was released in 2013 in Surat, with Support from Dr D J Pandian, then Principle Secy Energy , Gov of Gujarat and adopted at MNRE by Tarun Kapur, then JS ( Solar) and under then Secy MNRE , Dr Upendra Tripathi as a National Target Circa 2015.... That we crossed the Landmark now Circa 2025 while REPA expanded RUSM to 400GW by 2027-28 in the year 2022 post pandemic. I made the First Moves in 2009 for Mega Solar Development via Hybrid Decentralised & Distributed Path together with Conceiving the Idea of Solar Parks way back during My Interactions with Anbasador Shyam Saran, then Principle Advisor to PM Dr Manmohan Singh & also INDIA's then Climate Ambassador to UN.
2. SATAT+ ( Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation + ) White Paper for 10,000 CBG / BioCNG Projects from Agro + Animal Husbandry Hybrid Waste by 2030-32 expanding SATAT thereof resulting in now 108 Projects Commissioned after only 11 Projects ( only 2 Operating while Rest under Construction) circa 2021 when the White Paper SATAT+ was Released under the Encouragement of Shri Tarun Kapur , then Secretary, MoPNG and now Advisor, PMO.
🔰The Hydrogen Economy book "ZEPPELIN Returns" traces the History of Hydrogen Deployment to Power Airships in Pre WW 2 Era and Beyond including how Reciprocating Engine Manufacturers continued to Experiment with Hydrogen as a Combustion Fuel successfully leading to the Present 2025 Dimensions of Blue & Green Hydrogen Opportunity created due to the Advent of "Renewable Energy" input in bulk and low cost dynamics thereof including development of HFCEV as opposed to BEVs that have environmental issues. HFC ( Hydrogen Fuel Cells ) have matured technologically. While Electrolyser Tech is Well Suited for Water in as-is- where-is conditions like in BHUTAN from Glacier Melt Flows. Saline Water is a Challenge as Greater Energy is expenses for SWRO Mandatory for Conventional Tech or Better , More Corrosive Resistant Material Needed there for Deployment of Electrolysers for Green Hydrogen Production. Competitive Affordable Costs of Hydrogen being a concern to Satisfy the SDG 7.
