🔌 Electric Board Wiring Tutorial ⚡
3 Switch + 2 Socket + 1 Indicator + Bulb Holder

Aaj sikhenge ghar ka electric board khud kaise wire karte hain.
Ye diagram electrician aur beginners dono ke liye useful hai ✅

📋 Board Items:
1️⃣ 3 Switch - Light, Fan, Socket control
2️⃣ 2 Socket - 3 Pin Power Socket
3️⃣ 1 Indicator - Power ON/OFF dikhata hai
4️⃣ 1 Bulb Holder - Light ke liye

🔧 Simple Wiring Concept:
Main Phase Wire → Indicator + Teenon Switch ke input mein jayega
Switch 1 → Socket 1 ko control karega
Switch 2 → Socket 2 ko control karega
Switch 3 → Bulb Holder ko control karega
Neutral Wire → Direct Socket + Bulb + Indicator mein jayega
Earth Wire → Direct dono Socket mein - Safety ke liye zaroori

⚠️ Important Safety Tips:
✅ Kaam se pehle Main MCB OFF karein
✅ Red = Phase, Black = Neutral, Green = Earth
✅ Socket ke liye 2.5mm wire use karein
✅ Loose connection bilkul na ho
✅ Agar doubt ho to Electrician ko bulayein

1. Kya Hota Hai Pole Substation?
DP Structure* = Double Pole Structure
11KV Line ko 440V/230V mein convert karke gaon/ghar tak bijli deta hai.

2. Main Components Kya Lagte Hain?
1. 2x PSC/Rail Pole* → 9m ya 11m height
2. 11KV Transformer* → 25KVA, 63KVA, 100KVA
*3. DO Fuse + AB Switch* → 11KV side protection
*4. LT Distribution Box* → MCB/MCCB + Kit-Kat Fuse
*5. LA - Lightning Arrester* → Bijli girne se bachata hai
*6. Earthing* → 3 Pit minimum, Pipe + Plate Earthing

*3. Kaise Install Hota Hai? Step by Step*
*Step 1:* Pahad par strong foundation banao, PCC + Stone
*Step 2:* Dono pole 3m distance par khade karo, channel se jodo
*Step 3:* Top par transformer rakh kar nut-bolt tight karo
*Step 4:* HT Side → AB Switch → DO Fuse → Transformer HT Bushing
*Step 5:* LT Side → Transformer → LT Box → Consumer Line
*Step 6:* 3 Earthing pit banao: Body, Neutral, LA alag-alag

*4. Pahad Par Special Dhyan Kya Rakhein?* ⚠️
✅ Pole ka foundation extra deep rakho, landslide ka risk
✅ LA zaroor lagao, pahad par bijli zyada girti hai
✅ Transformer oil level check, tilt na ho
✅ Galvanized material use karo, rust na lage
✅ LT line par stay wire + guarding zaroori
