Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between client requirements, internal teams, and vendors. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination, timely ex*****on, and smooth communication across all stakeholders in projects related to Fire Alarm Systems, PAS, Sprinklers, Fire Suppression Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and other Physical Security Systems etc.,

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Coordination
• Understand and document client requirements clearly.
• Act as the single point of coordination between client and internal teams.
• Attend review meetings and ensure action items are tracked and closed.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout project lifecycle.
🔹 Internal Team Coordination
• Coordinate with design, procurement, site ex*****on, and service teams.
• Ensure drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions are aligned with client expectations.
• Track project progress and escalate delays or bottlenecks proactively.
• Support smooth handover between departments.
🔹 Vendor & Supplier Coordination
• Liaise with vendors for material follow-ups and delivery tracking.
• Ensure technical specifications are correctly communicated.
• Support procurement team in documentation and vendor alignment.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project trackers, MOMs, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for approvals and compliance.
• Support billing documentation and milestone tracking where required.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of Fire Safety Systems / CCTV / Access Control is preferred.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred – ECE / EEE / Mechanical)
OR
• Any Graduate with relevant coordination experience in similar industry.
