A Day of Pride. A Legacy Honoured. A New Chapter Begins.

An auspicious beginning for LBR Group as Shri R.A. Agarwal, Chairman, LBR Group, officially inaugurated the Group at Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026, in the presence of family, leadership, patrons, well-wishers and friends.

The occasion was made even more special by the gracious presence and blessings of the Chairman’s younger brothers - Shri Radhey Shyam Agarwal, Managing Director, Vishal Pipes, and Shri Nirmal Agarwal, Director, Personal Relations, Vishal Pipes.

We were also honoured to have with us Shri Mahendra Lal Lahoria, philanthropist and social worker from Haryana.

Shri Satish Agarwal, CEO, LBR Group, was present for the launch, along with the Group’s young leadership - Shivam Agarwal, Aakash Agarwal, Sakshi Agarwal and A***n Agarwal.

For all of us, this was far more than a corporate launch, it being an emotional moment of remembering our roots and honouring a legacy.

LBR Group carries the name and blessings of Late Shri Lala Bholaram, father of our Chairman, and we felt his presence in this important moment, along with the blessings and legacy of his sons - Late Shri Murari Lal Agarwal, Late Shri Ved Prakash Agarwal and Late Shri Vijay Kumar Agarwal.

Today, LBR Group brings together the strength of six companies:

It is a journey that began in Bawani Khera, travelled to Banaras, grew across Bharat, and now looks towards the world.
