विद्युतीय उपकरणहरूको परीक्षण गर्दा दुर्घटनाबाट बच्न र प्रणालीलाई सुरक्षित राख्न संधै सही प्रक्रिया अपनाउनु अनिवार्य हुन्छ।
१. परीक्षणको सही क्रम (Correct Testing Sequence):
पहिले कोल्ड टेस्ट (Cold Test First): पावर अन (Power On) गर्नु अगाडि संधै सबै कनेक्सन र कम्पोनेन्टहरू जाँच गर्नुहोस्।
त्यसपछि मात्र हट टेस्ट (Hot Test After): कोल्ड टेस्ट सफल भएपछि र सर्ट सर्किटको जोखिम नभएपछि मात्र मुख्य पावर सप्लाई दिनुहोस्।
२. सुरक्षा सतर्कता (Safety Precautions):
सिधै हट टेस्ट नगर्नुहोस्: यसले उपकरण सर्ट सर्किट (Short Circuit) हुने, कम्पोनेन्टहरू फुल्ने (Bloated) वा पड्किने र ठूलो क्षति हुने जोखिम रहन्छ।
सुरक्षा कवचको प्रयोग: काम गर्दा संधै एन्टी-स्ट्याटिक ग्लोभ्स (Anti-static gloves) र सुरक्षा चश्माको प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्।
आपतकालीन बन्द (Emergency Shutoff): पावर सप्लाईको नजिकै आपतकालीन बन्द गर्ने स्विच (Emergency Switch) को व्यवस्था गर्नुहोस्।

Correct Testing Sequence:Cold Test
1:- Always inspect all connections, wiring, and components thoroughly before turning on the power.Hot Test After: Apply the main power supply only after the cold test is successful and zero short-circuit risks are confirmed.
2. Safety Precautions:Never Skip to Hot Test: Skipping straight to live power increases the risk of immediate short circuits, bloated/damaged components, and system failure.
3:-Wear Safety Gear: Always use anti-static gloves and safety glasses while performing tests.Emergency Shutoff: Ensure an emergency power-off switch is always within arm's reach
