Ever wondered how the feed in your FPV goggles actually gets there?

It starts with a tiny analog camera - most of them only stream, they can’t record. A few, like the AOSENMA, can save footage while still sending a normal analog signal out. That signal goes to the VTX, which broadcasts it to your goggles - and the VTX can have its own built-in DVR too, so there are actually two places recording can happen.

Wire the camera through your flight controller and you get full telemetry overlaid on the feed - altitude, voltage, satellites, distance to home. Skip the flight controller and you lose all of that.

One thing that trips people up: your antenna has to match your VTX’s frequency, or none of this reaches your goggles.
