Level II TMJ Arthroscopy

A case of Level 2 Arthroscopy for internal derangement of TMJ. Anterior disc displacement without reduction. Performed Disc reduction, selective synovectomy of inflamed synovial lining and retrodoscal scarification with coblator. The superior joint space for TMJ has a working space of 3ml when insufflated with fluid during the procedure.
