Draftsman
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in construction/steel structure drafting.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
*nKnowledge of steel structure detailing and fabrication drawings.
* Ability to prepare shop drawings and GA drawings.
* Experience in reading structural and architectural drawings.
Project Manager
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in construction/steel structure projects.
* Experience in project planning, ex*****on, and site management.
* Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules.
* Knowledge of quality, safety, and project documentation.
* Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Sales Manager
Requirements:
* 3–10 years of experience in sales.
* Fluency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam (mandatory).
* Knowledge of the construction/steel structure industry (preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
