All Paper Presentations may be submitted in the standard IEEE Paper Presentation format. This may be found online easily. You may use the following links for reference.

p.s. Owing to the complexity and rigidity of the formats, we are consulting our faculty for alternatives. Papers in standard formats SIMILAR TO THE ABOVE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

RULES for ENVIROMAGING photography competition
"Unedited photographs related to environment and technology may be submitted for this competition.
The photographs must be emailed as JPEG/JPG files (or in the same format as that in which it is stored by the imaging device) .
The file name must be the original name with which the imaging device had stored it. (It is preferable to copy paste the image directly from the device and email it.)
The email must contain the following information:
Name of photographer
Registration No.
Date taken (not compulsory)
Venue
Any specific theme that the picture may depict (optional)
Any other information that u may want to convey.

EACH PARTICIPANT MAY SUBMIT ONLY ONE PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE COMPETITION. "

p.s. Priority will not be given to photographs of higher definition or pixel density. Instead , we are looking for the "theme" and "feel" in the pic.

Sample topics for the Paper Presentation event are:
1.Science &Technology as a Catalyst, Atrophy to Sustainability
2.Role of Technocrats in Sustainable Development
3.Genetically modified crops and food security
4.Harnessing Solar energy in India: Technological Challenges
5.Clean development mechanisms
6.The Scourge of Pollutions - Technology to the rescue

These are just sample topics. Students can build on them or also present papers on related topics. The paper should revolve around on 'How Science and Technology can enrich our environment'.

Last date of submission in 21 February 2013.
