• Constantly investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective and productive sales programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all the current and prospective customers.

• Design and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned segments and responsible for increasing the sales and revenue.
• Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of company should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• To visit market in defined territory as per the approved Permanent journey plan (PJP) and Plan a market visit daily.
• To do cold calling in identified segment in the area allotted, meet prospects to collect data, information on the basis of its composition and fill up the details in prospects base form.
• Plan area wise Sales promotional strategies for Enquiry generation activities.
• To collect data and information of suspects and generate suspects database.
• To plan and develop strategies to generate prospect base through Existing customer.
• To know the Current status of prospects base through indicators and classify the prospects potential based on the segment, financial strength and need of the prospect.
• Plan, estimate, and forecast generating targeted prospect base enquiry, quote daily, weekly from suspect base in BSP.
• To identify, classify, prioritize the Prospect base to plan daily visit approach.
• To plan, estimate conversion ratio for the projected target.
• To follow up quotation and conversion for orders.
• To receive confirmed order from customer and process for ex*****on. To ensure timely ex*****on of orders.
• To plan, estimate, Daily/weekly/and monthly sales and collection in BSP and get it approved from Director
• To plan Sales approach following sales process based on the Prospect classification in the Target group.
• To plan daily market visit to approach prospects based on their potential.
• To plan weekly billing and ensure invoicing performed to submit to client.
• To plan payment schedule as per the order terms and conditions to ensure timely collection.
• To obtain age wise, customer wise outstanding due from accounts on monthly basis to plan collection schedule and ensure the collection as committed.
• To ensure customer feedback on the compliant resolutions

• To develop a strong relationship with customers; this they can do through e-mails, follow-ups, phone calls and even personal visits
