Coming from a modest background, Anand Shetye pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering and later moved to Mumbai in search of better opportunities and to continue his education.
Although he initially worked in jobs related to his field, employment never truly satisfied his entrepreneurial spirit. After gaining nearly 10 years of valuable on-field experience, he decided to take a bold step and start his own small business focused on building maintenance and repair services.
What began as a modest building repair service gradually expanded over the years. With dedication and a commitment to quality work, the company added painting, waterproofing, civil restoration, and building maintenance services to its portfolio. Through consistent performance and honesty in work, Rangashalakaa steadily built a strong reputation.
Today, Rangashalakaa has grown into one of the most trusted brands in Mumbai in the field of building painting and restoration services. A significant part of the company’s growth also comes from the next generation. From the young age of 13, Samiran Shetye, the younger son of Anand Shetye, began learning the business from his father. Today, he plays a key role in managing and growing the company alongside him.
Samiran further strengthened his knowledge by completing an MBA in Construction Management in Canada, gaining international exposure and modern management skills. The vast experience of Anand Shetye combined with the enthusiasm, innovation, and passion of Samiran Shetye has helped take Rangashalakaa to new heights.
