Redefining how patients access life-saving innovation.
For the first time in India, ImmunoACT in partnership with Sciences introduce a Value-Based Care Program for NexCAR19—designed to align treatment with outcomes.

This means assured rebate in event of death or disease progression

This isn’t about doubt. It’s about confidence in the science and a commitment to accountability in care.

With comparable efficacy and a favourable safety profile, NexCAR19 is backed by strong real-world evidence from treating over 600 patients—and now, a model that ensures patients pay for results, not risk.

Because access to advanced therapies should be fair, transparent, and patient-first.

𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.

For Vishal, an MPPSC aspirant from Indore, life once revolved around books, preparation, and the dream of serving through civil service.

In 2020, that journey was interrupted when he was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL). Chemotherapy brought temporary relief, but the disease relapsed. Even after a bone marrow transplant in 2024, the leukemia returned - leaving limited treatment options.

At MGM Medical College, Indore, his doctors explored CAR-T cell therapy. Vishal went on to receive NexCAR19, ImmunoACT’s indigenous CAR-T therapy developed through collaboration between IIT Bombay and Tata Memorial Hospital.
Nearly a year after the infusion, Vishal remains in complete remission.

Today, he has returned to his books, once again preparing for the MPPSC exams - rebuilding the future that illness had once paused. His journey reflects the power of resilience, scientific innovation, and the hope that advanced therapies can bring to patients.

At ImmunoACT, stories like Vishal’s remind us why innovation matters.
Innovation with purpose.
Hope for All.

Dr. Akshay Lahoti, thank you for sharing this powerful milestone — your patient completing one full year of remission after battling relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

One year of remission is:
* A family sleeping peacefully again.
* A patient planning a future again.
* Science doing what it was meant to do - restoring hope.

At , when we speak about , we talk about innovation, access, and real-world evidence. But moments like this remind us why that work truly matters.

In India, access to advanced therapies like CAR-T has historically been limited by cost, infrastructure readiness, manufacturing timelines, and the need to travel to a handful of major metro centers. The real question has always been - can we bring breakthrough science closer to home?

What happened in Indore one year ago is that answer. Bringing CAR-T to Madhya Pradesh means patients no longer need to travel thousands of kilometres in search of advanced care, families do not have to uproot their lives during an already fragile time, and world-class hematology treatment becomes available locally - closer to patients’ support systems.

Dr. Lahoti, MGM Medical College and every stakeholder who made this possible - thank you for your conviction. And to the brave patient who placed trust in science at the most difficult moment - you are the true hero of this story.

At ImmunoACT, we believe deeply in: Innovation with purpose and Hope for All.

Today, that hope stands one year strong at MGM Medical College.

For Pradeep Singh, a national-level cyclist, life once revolved around endurance, discipline, and the thrill of the road.

But in 2021, everything changed when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

After months of treatment, the disease initially went into remission. Yet two years later, it returned - bringing uncertainty and difficult choices once again.

At Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Pradeep was evaluated for , the world’s first humanized CAR-T cell therapy developed and manufactured in India.

Within weeks of receiving the therapy, his recovery began. Today, more than a year later, Pradeep remains in remission and has returned to something he once feared he might lose forever - cycling. His journey reflects more than personal determination. It represents what becomes possible when scientific innovation, clinical expertise, and patient courage come together.

As India’s biomedical ecosystem grows, indigenous innovations like CAR-T therapy are helping bring advanced cancer treatments closer to patients - expanding access while building global-class science within the country.

At , stories like Pradeep’s remind us why innovation matters.
