A school is much more than a building. It is where children discover their potential, build confidence, and begin dreaming about the future.

As part of our CSR commitment, we are proud to support the transformation of the Government Primary School at Durgapur, Uttarakhand. Some of the best childhood memories begin with a little colour, plenty of laughter, and the freedom to create.

At Automotive Axles Limited, our Summer Camp brought together the children of our employees for a joyful experience filled with learning, imagination, friendship, and confidence.

Away from their usual routines, the children explored their creativity, discovered new interests, performed on stage, and celebrated each other’s talents. Every smile, every performance, and every colourful creation made the experience truly special.

The camp became even more meaningful when families came together for the concluding outing, turning it into a shared celebration of happiness and togetherness.

Sometimes, the greatest barrier to good health isn't awareness, it's access.

For many families, a routine health check isn't postponed because it isn't important. It's postponed because quality healthcare isn't always within reach.

A simple consultation can detect illnesses early, offer reassurance, and change the course of someone's life.

With this belief, Automotive Axles Limited, in partnership with Amritakripa Charitable Hospital, organized a Free Medical Camp under our Swastha Mysuru CSR initiative.

The camp offers free health screenings, medical consultations, diagnostic services, and essential medicines for underserved communities, with a special focus on the general public, school children, and girl students.

As per SEBI’s circular, Automotive Axles Limited announces the opening of a Special Window from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for submission of requests relating to transfer and dematerialisation (demat) of eligible physical securities.

This facility is applicable to physical shares sold or purchased prior to April 1, 2019, where transfer requests were previously rejected, returned, or left unattended due to documentation or procedural deficiencies.

Eligible shareholders are advised to utilise this window to regularise their holdings by submitting the required documents through the prescribed process.

At Automotive Axles Limited, Abhiyaan 2028 was a reflection of that journey.

Ecosystems do not evolve on their own, they are built through consistent collaboration.

At TiE Mysuru TiECON Mysuru 2026, our President & Wholetime Director, Nagaraja Gargeshwari, shared this perspective during the panel on Building, Scaling and Winning in Global Markets.

Manufacturing today faces real challenges- shortage of specialised skills, reduced focus on core disciplines like metallurgy, and MSMEs managing multiple pressures at once.

But these gaps are not isolated, they are part of a system we have all contributed to and improving it is a shared responsibility.

At Automotive Axles Limited, we are working closely with institutions like GTTC and ITI to build skills where it matters most. Small, consistent efforts that strengthen the larger ecosystem.
