At TiE Mysuru TiECON Mysuru 2026, our President & Wholetime Director, Nagaraja Gargeshwari, shared this perspective during the panel on Building, Scaling and Winning in Global Markets.

Manufacturing today faces real challenges- shortage of specialised skills, reduced focus on core disciplines like metallurgy, and MSMEs managing multiple pressures at once.

But these gaps are not isolated, they are part of a system we have all contributed to and improving it is a shared responsibility.

At Automotive Axles Limited, we are working closely with institutions like GTTC and ITI to build skills where it matters most. Small, consistent efforts that strengthen the larger ecosystem.

A diagnosis can change everything.
But access decides what happens next.

In Mysuru, Automotive Axles Limited, in collaboration with Bharath Hospital and Institute of Oncology (BHIO), supported underprivileged women with free breast cancer surgeries under the Nari Swasthi initiative.

For many, the biggest challenge was not just the illness.
It was the cost of treatment.
When that barrier was removed, care became possible.
Recovery had a chance.
Hope found its way back.

Through this initiative, 47 women received life-saving surgeries, along with continued support through recovery and counselling.

As highlighted by Dr Y S Madhavi, early detection saves lives, but it must be supported by timely treatment and holistic care.

Breast cancer remains one of the most common health challenges among women in India.
Access to care continues to be a critical need.

We recently marked the completion of 19 clubfoot correction surgeries in collaboration with Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru.

This initiative was part of our CSR efforts to support children who needed timely medical care but did not always have easy access to it.

But what truly stayed with us was not just the milestone.
It was the confidence in their steps.
The smiles on their faces.
The relief in their families.

Moments like these remind us that real impact is not always measured in scale.

Sammilana 2026 -Bringing the AAL Family Together

Sammilana 2026 at Automotive Axles Limited began with a meaningful inauguration, marked by watering of a coconut plant, symbolising growth, prosperity, and new beginnings.

The celebration brought together employees and their families, creating moments to connect beyond the workplace and strengthen bonds.

Attendance Awards were presented to employees who achieved full attendance without taking a single leave, reflecting true dedication and commitment.

The event also celebrated young achievers through Meritorious Awards for employees’ children, recognizing their academic excellence and encouraging them to aim higher.

Celebrating the women who help move our industry forward.

This International Women’s Day, Automotive Axles Limited took a moment to recognise and appreciate the many women who contribute across our organization. From engineering and production to quality, operations, finance, and support functions, their dedication strengthens the precision and reliability that define our work.

We were honoured to have Dr. Usha Hegde, Professor at JSS Dental College and Hospital, Mysuru, and an inspiring achiever who has summited Mount Everest at 29,030 feet, inaugurate the celebration and share her thoughts.

As part of the day’s activities, employees also participated in a painting session conducted by Hobby Place Mysuru, a small business run by a woman entrepreneur, reflecting the spirit of Give to Gain by supporting women-led enterprises.

The celebration was a reminder that building an inclusive workplace strengthens not only organization’s, but the future of our industry.

Notice to Shareholders | Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation of Physical Shares

As per SEBI’s circular, Automotive Axles Limited announces the opening of a Special Window from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for submission of requests relating to transfer and dematerialisation (demat) of eligible physical securities.

This facility is applicable to physical shares sold or purchased prior to April 1, 2019, where transfer requests were previously rejected, returned, or left unattended due to documentation or procedural deficiencies.

Eligible shareholders are advised to utilise this window to regularise their holdings by submitting the required documents through the prescribed process.
