The department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETC) in association with the Research, Development and Consultancy Centre (RDCC) at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE) organized a 4 day Hands-on Robotic Workshop from March 3 to March 6 2021.
The first two days of the workshop covered programming with Arduino. The students interfaced various sensors and motors and did some mini projects and experiments after learning the basics. On the third and fourth day, the students covered programming Raspberry Pi and interfacing various sensors and motors with it.
On the final day the students were given an expert talk by Mr. Anand Lokapure who is currently working in the Instrumentation Department at National Institute of Oceanography, Goa on Raspberry Pi. Mr. Sahil Kahlgati, an ETC alumni of Batch 2020, currently pursuing his masters in Mechatronics at VIT, Vellore also addressed the students and enlightened them of the various robotic projects he has been working on.
