Nestled on a serene environment with the site having a gradual slopy topography, the design aims to provide a well ventilated and naturally lit house. This colonial style inspired 2 storeyed house has a simple yet classic elevation with a combination of open gable and mansard roof systems, round baluster railings and french windows. The need of natural light and ventilation is catered by proper designing and distribution of fenestrations throughout the house. This also ensures enough thermal comfort for the occupants. The off-white coloured interior makes the space feel bright, open and calming.
