Worrying about your ITSP project?

"How do I simulate? What even is a microcontroller? How do I connect this thing to the internet? Which software to use for ur project?" 💀

Relax. The ITSP BOOTCAMP is here to save your project (and your sanity).

We’re equipping you with the essential Electronics and Mechatronics skills you actually need to turn your ideas into working models.

🔥 THE BIG BONUS: We are doing live Simulation software demonstrations of Gazebo, MATLAB, Simulink, and more. Learn to build and test everything in a simulation first, because trust us... it's much better to crash a virtual robot than to fry your real hardware. 😉

Event open to everyone- but if you're on an ITSP team, showing up is highly recommended🚀

Let's go again, one last time.

Greetings from the Electronics & Robotics Club!
This Mesmerizing tenure is coming to it's closure, and looking back, we're at a loss of words to describe the experience and the emotions that we feel.

We started our journey with modest plans and humble expectations, almost a year ago. Fast-forward to today, we pulled off events and initiatives that we never thought we could. Apart from the 4 workshops, 3 competitions, 3 bootcamps, an outreach event, a robotics facility tour and the 5+ amazing projects that we hosted, we are most proud of the impact we've had on the community and the love they've shown us. There might be many reasons why we were able to leave such a huge impact, but the paramount factor will remain the wonderful team we had, for which we are eternally grateful.

Our goal was simple: to take our club outside it's comfort zone— explore advanced domains and bring them to the general E&R Community. From RTOS and Reinforcement Learning to Hardware Hacking and Edge AI, we brought new dimensions to ERC. That being said, we still made sure that the newcomers to our E&R family never felt alienated and continued the legacy of introducing 800+ students to their first robotics project.

We collaborated with Armstrong Dematic– the world leader in warehouse robotics, to organise a tour of their facility.
We also collaborated with the Wadhwani Electronics Lab to host a fun electronics competition for IITB students.

Fact remains, that we yearned to uphold the legacy of this club, and we believe we were successful.

You have all been a wonderful community to
serve.
We could not have asked for a better team to lead. Nowhere along this journey did they say "we can't"— their versatility, adaptability and commitment was exceptional and is something we will continue to admire.

Let the curiosity flourish, and imagination reign supreme.

With a heavy heart, signing off,
Srivathsa
Saravan

Passing on the torch of innovation to Aditya & Daksh.

Volume 1 of the Convenor Mixtape 📼✨

Where the nights are long, the coffee is strong, and the code is stuck in an infinite loop. But hey, once you're tuned into the ERC frequency, you're part of the playlist forever.

Over the past year, our conveners have seen it all—from 12-hour debug marathons and rogue terminal errors to surviving the absolute adrenaline rush of XLR8. Now, they are hitting pause to share their stories, the sleepless nights, and the legendary club treats that kept them going.

Here's the secret: you don't need to be a ROS wizard or a soldering prodigy to join the jam. Maybe you just figured out how to make an LED blink, or maybe you're still trying to get your self-balancing bot to actually balance. Either way, you belong here.

No fancy resumes or ML degrees required. Just bring your curiosity, your willingness to pull a chaotic all-nighter, and the emotional stability to watch your circuit fry right before the final dry run.

If you're ready to build cool things, make memories, and find a family amidst the madness—ERC's got a spot saved just for you.

Hit play on their stories. We saved you a port on the PCB! 🎧⚙️

Here’s where you don’t just build circuits — you fight it out with your understanding. No shortcuts, no “fastest wins.” Just raw problem-solving, debugging struggles, and moments of pure satisfaction when things finally worked. Breadboard Brawl pushed everyone to their limits — and that’s what made it worth it.
Kudos to all the participants for showing exemplary skills !!

Jhatka GC 2026 comes to a close with some outstanding performances🎉.
The competition saw teams push their limits and deliver under pressure, making it a truly exciting showdown.
Congratulations to H13 for securing 1st place, followed by H5 and H4 for 2nd and 3rd.
Well deserved, and a big shoutout to all participants!!🏆

Participants stepped out of the lab and into the heart of real-world automation, exploring how intelligent intralogistics systems drive large-scale industrial operations. From robotics and advanced control systems to software orchestration, our industry visit to Armstrong Dematic showed that true engineering isn't just built on a workbench—it’s deployed on a massive scale.

Getting an up-close look at the future of warehouses, attendees observed ROS2-based Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), India’s first 4D robotic ASRS architecture, and a live Robotic Palletizer FAT setup. Engaging technical discussions brought concepts like Digital Twins, AGV mechatronics, and AI-powered ALCOR systems to life.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us in Nashik, asked great questions, and pushed their curiosity beyond the surface. This is just the beginning—the world of industrial robotics has many more innovations waiting to be explored! 🤖⚙️

Ever wondered how robots, self-driving cars, or game AIs learn to make decisions on their own?
Turns out, it’s all about trial, error, rewards, and penalties — not that different from how we learn in real life.

Introducing Carrot & Stick — a beginner-friendly workshop on Reinforcement Learning, where you'll explore how intelligent agents learn to act, adapt, and optimize their decisions through interaction with their environment.

✨ Understand the fundamentals of Reinforcement Learning
🎯 Learn how agents improve through rewards and mistakes
