Inspector - 3 Nos.
Experience 2-3 years in Production Line Inspection Manufacturing
Salary Range: INR 18,000 - 22,500 depending on experience and passing the Interview
Responsibilities and Duties
• Understand drawing.
• Inspect parts using instruments, gauges as per drawing specification.
• Have knowledge and experience of using tape measures, callipers, micrometers, and hand tools.
• Perform and maintain rework and rejection report analysis of rejection & rework.
• Perform final inspection as per drawing.
• Inspect incoming raw material & finish parts.
• Knowledge of implementation of 5S, continuous improvement.
• Perform and maintain incoming & in process inspection reports.
• Maintain safety and quality procedures in alignment with company policies.
• Should be a Team player with Willingness to work beyond working hours, as per workload.
• Develop and conduct a variety of tests on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping
• Ensure that all the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase
• Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken
• Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental managers
Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma ME/BE is a must.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Proven history of understanding industry safety standards and quality expectations.
• Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Knowledge of CMM will be an Advantage.
