Job Vacancy: Field Officer - OPS Facility Management Services
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

OPS Facility Management Services is looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Officer to join our team in Pune. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise day-to-day field operations, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and functional.
Conduct routine inspections of client sites and report any issues or repairs needed.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any facility-related problems.
Maintain accurate records of all field activities, including maintenance schedules, reports, and service requests.
Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management or field operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, equipment, and operations.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across Pune.
