Four teams. Four Gold Awards.
As part of our Business Excellence journey, TD Power Systems took part in the 35th Chapter Convention on Quality Circle Concepts, hosted by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) – Bengaluru Chapter on 6 September 2026 at T. John Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
Our four teams presented their Quality Circle work among 585+ teams from 125+ companies, with 2,800+ participants from across Karnataka. Each TDPS team returned with a Gold Award.
Congratulations to the teams — and thank you to QCFI Bengaluru Chapter for a well-run convention.

130 lives touched through one shared act of kindness. 🩸
TD Power Systems, in association with Rotary Bangalore South Parade, conducted a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp, and we are grateful that 130 people stepped forward to donate.

A Ladies Self-Defence Session was organized at TD Power Systems to equip our women colleagues with practical knowledge and techniques to stay safe and confident in challenging situations. The day focused on building awareness, physical preparedness, and real-life self-defence skills through a well-structured session that covered physical fitness and simple daily exercises, awareness of personal safety and key vital points, empty-hand self-defence techniques, and responsible use of everyday items for personal protection (Kobudo concepts)
It was an insightful and engaging session that encouraged confidence, preparedness, and a stronger sense of personal safety.
