WE’RE HIRING | NPD ENGINEER – HVAC / RAC INDUSTRY 🚨

Micro Coils And Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and technically skilled NPD Engineer to join our engineering team and drive innovation in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry.

🔹 Position: NPD Engineer – New Product Development
🔹 Industry: HVAC & RAC
🔹 Function: New Product Development | Engineering | Documentation
🔹 Reporting To: Head – NPD / Engineering Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support new product development from concept to production launch
* Work on engineering drawings, CAD, design and drafting activities
* Conduct feasibility, time & motion, method and IE studies
* Drive process improvement and method review before production launch
* Manage complete NPI / Product Development documentation
* Prepare, review and coordinate PPAP documentation & submissions
* Collaborate with Design, Quality, Production and other cross-functional teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
* Strong knowledge of HVAC/RAC systems and processes
* Proficiency in CAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
* Hands-on knowledge of Industrial Engineering, feasibility studies, NPI and PPAP
* Strong documentation, analytical and coordination skills
* Prior experience in HVAC/RAC NPD or product/process development will be preferred
