Special purpose automation system

Introducing our advanced Heavy Duty Laser Printing Automation System designed for 60 to 80 kg heavy products with multiple product printing capability on a single machine setup. This fully automated industrial laser marking solution improves productivity, safety, and precision for heavy component laser printing applications.

System operation starts with loading the heavy product on a specially designed movable base. The movable base is pneumatically transferred under the laser printing machine using a heavy-duty pneumatic cylinder mechanism. Once positioned, the base automatically tilts at 90 degrees for accurate laser marking and printing operation.

After tilt positioning, the laser printing cycle starts automatically through complete interlocked automation logic. Once the printing process is completed, the base tilts back parallel to the floor.
