ಇಂದು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ RKTA ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮೆಂಟೈನರ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ 200ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮೆಂಟೈನರ್ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. 💐
ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು:
🔹 **8ನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗ (8th Pay Commission)**ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು
🔹 ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮೆಂಟೈನರ್‌ಗಳ ವೇತನ, ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು
🔹 RKTAಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಯೋಜನೆ
🔹 ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮೆಂಟೈನರ್‌ಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ
🔹 ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀವಾಸ್ತವ್ ಸರ್, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಪ್ರಿನ್ಸಿಪಲ್, DPWTC/BNC ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮೆಂಟೈನರ್ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದರು. 🙏💐
