Built in 1982 to a design concept by one of India's leading architects, Charles Correa, Cidade emerges from a hill overlooking the bay like a quaint, ochre-splashed Portuguese hamlet.

ARCOP has been involved in the overall master plan and redevelopment of the property since late 90s. ARCOP has upgraded and also made additions /extensions to the existing heritage resort.

ARCOP has also designed the new modern 5 Star hotel called Cidade de Goa V. With a tropical, hillside perch, gorgeous, the Cidade De Goa Taj Resort and Convention Centre oozes luxury and scale.

The Campus has been designed as a regenerative and self-sustaining campus so that it generates resources such as energy and food as well as give back to the grid and provide for surrounding areas.

The design equips the master plan with special zoning and various technological options to achieve maximum interdependencies.

A 10 min walking philosophy has been adopted to encourage walking through well-defined pedestrian paths.

Ideally located in the center of Kabul, the Kabul Serena Hotel stands amid landscaped gardens.

Overlooking the city's famous Zarnegar Park, the hotel is also conveniently located within easy reach of the major embassies, diplomatic enclaves and government ministries.

Originally built in 1945, the hotel has been completely refurbished and extended via the addition of an entire new wing. Reflecting the pure grace of classic Islamic architecture, the reincarnated hotel retains many of the key elements of the original, but has also been intuitively restyled, so as to reflect the many historical influences that have been brought to bear on this 3,000 year-old city.

GTB New ICU Hospital has been updated with a unique master plan that will enable it to meet the present and future healthcare needs of the regional population optimally.

The land selected for the ICU Hospital is of approx. 6 .1 acres, which is already well amalgamated in the main campus of GTB hospital. Total 1900 ICU beds are planned in the new ICU building, with adequate emergency and diagnostics facilities.

Client M/S Dangayach Group had taken over the fort and approached us to convert this fort into fortified palace hotel by restoration, renovation & Interior Redesign.

Al Hail Greens Township is a mixed-use residential development located in Al-Hail north region of Muscat.

The township is designed for 1520 units, including 2-bed and 3-bed apartments, villas and townhomes; along with amenities such as club houses, crèche, nursery ,a Mosque and a commercial strip.

On a site area of 331667 sqm, the design brief emphasized need of a residential environment with the luxury of large open spaces in integrated landscaping, and a convenience of recreational and commercial facilities.

A new ESS Block is also proposed to in-house Engineering Support Services for both the existing block and the New Laboratory Block.

The New FSL Block will mainly inhouse crime scene Investigation Department on Ground Floor and Laboratories of various departments on respective upper floors.

The Bharat Vandana Park layout has been conceived around a Rangoli Pattern overlapped and fused with a flower form creating a natural landscape form of petals which are brought together and joined by interlinking features of Water Channels.

The whole composition culminates into a large Water Body as a central feature.

The design also creates iconic high notes in the uniquely designed Nature Inspired Pylons with suspended skywalk bridges.

Arcop along with Architect Dan Hanganu prepared the concept design proposal during this stage.

Alpha One City Centre includes Mall with three anchor stores. The biggest anchor store HyperCity occupies 80,000 square feet. The mall has around 200 stores under its roof.

The use of Dhaulpur stone & GRC screen adds to aesthetics of the building.

The Mahatma Mandir Museum Named as Dandi Kutir , has been constructed, to Celebrate the life and ideology of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi and his principles of social justice, non-violence (Ahimsa) and Satyagraha.

The museum is a unique architectural and experiential edifice providing visitors a forward-looking space to contemplate Gandhian principles and reflect on singular and collective futures.

Spread over 48 acres of land, Mahatma Mandir is a convention cm exhibition center and a memorial. Inspired by the life and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi and built over 15 acres of land, the state of the art Memorial has a concrete dome structure representing salt mound, and houses a Mahatma Museum, library and research center.

The Jaypee Hotels Initiated this five star deluxe 350 room hotel cm Convention center of 1200 seats project on a 25 acre plot in Agra.

Being in Agra and surrounded by world heritage buildings like TajMahal, Fatehpur Sikri Palace and Agra Fort the challenge was to make modern and contemporary structure yet reflecting the great Persian architecture setting.

The hotel cm convention center complex was designed as modern interpretation of white Taj Mahal sitting amongst the red Sandstone buildings.

As a result all public interface blocks took the shape of white marble glass pavilions as central iconic feature placed in black granite reflecting pool with other buildings around it.
