DIAMOND WIRE SAWING
We are in this field of wire sawing since 1990. In the initial stage, Wire saw was introduced in the marble quarry later in 1996 onwards in the field of Granite wire saw method is adopted for quarry. I have experienced in the 1990 to 1995 kerosine burner were used in Tamilnadu and people were curious about wire saw. In 1995 onwards development of Sharp diamond rope suitable for sawing granite developed and wire sawing become popular. From 1997 to 2003 we were staying in the quarry and studying the rope and machine performance and based on a study the present machine and wire ropes are evolved product.
