Researchers from CSIR-NIO and other Institutes have discovered ๐๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ณ๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ช๐ด๐ด๐ช. It's a marine tardigrade from the Bay of Bengal. It marks a massive milestone for marine biology, as no new species from this genus had been described since 1982. Scientists meticulously isolated the tiny, resilient creatures from sandy ocean sediment using microscopes and ultra-fine brushes.
