SPML Infra Limited Achieves a Significant Milestone in its BESS Journey

We are proud to announce a significant milestone in SPML Infra Limited’s journey towards building indigenous Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technology.

Our proprietary 104.4 kWh BESS battery pack, developed under SPML’s own intellectual property, has successfully completed key international safety, performance, and transportation certification and testing requirements.

The battery pack has demonstrated compliance with UL 9540A, IEC 62619, IEC 63056, IEC 60730, IEC 61000-6-2, IEC 61000-6-4, and UN 38.3 standards, marking an important step towards the development and commercialization of advanced, reliable, and globally compliant BESS solutions from India.

This achievement strengthens our technological foundation and reinforces our commitment to building energy storage solutions that support India’s transition towards a more resilient, sustainable, and future-ready energy ecosystem.

SPML Infra delivered robust year-on-year growth across key financial metrics in Q1 FY27:

• Revenue reached ₹285.67 crore, up 74%
• EBITDA grew 81% to ₹28.27 crore
• PAT rose 87% to ₹22.70 crore
• Q1 order inflow stood at ₹1,293 crore
• Total order book reached ₹5,094 crore
