In partnership with Sumitomo Corporation India Private Limited, our joint venture partner, , , supported the Urban Micro Forest Initiative, implemented by the Sustainable Development Council - Seerakku.

At , Tiruvallur District, 2,455 saplings from 20 native species now grow across 15,000 sq. ft., using the Miyawaki method to create a dense, self-sustaining ecosystem that will be nurtured over the next three years.

The impact of this initiative goes beyond what meets the eye. The Miyawaki afforestation method will help:
🌱 Improve air quality
🌱 Enhance soil fertility
🌱 Increase biodiversity
🌱 Achieve carbon neutrality

A brighter road for a brighter future!

We installed self-sustainable solar lights along the 3 km stretch from NH16 in Peruvoyal Village to Pulicat Road towards Ponneri, leading to . These lights enable residents, schoolchildren, and our customers’ employees to travel safely after sunset. Vikram Goel, our Chief Business Officer (IC & IC), and Vijay Karthik, our Business Head South (IC & IC), officially inaugurated the installation, marking another step in our journey to empower communities.

On March 29th, woke up before the sun and ran for something bigger.
Our inaugural wasn’t just a race. It was a collective step toward building awareness around sustainable development of business ecosystems. And it came to life thanks to over 3,000 of you who showed up at the starting line.

We were honoured to have the event graced by the Honourable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, whose presence reinforced the importance of the cause we’re championing. This marks another milestone as we continue shaping future ready business ecosystems.

As part of our CSR initiative, , , proudly donated 115 dual desks to the Panchayat Union Middle School in Alinjivakkam.

By furnishing this 102-year-old institution, we are providing a solid foundation for 700+ young, bright minds from the local community.

At , , every interaction is an opportunity to exchange ideas and shape the future of sustainable industrial ecosystems.

On 18th March, we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO). Bringing together professionals from across engineering and finance, the visit was centred around understanding how integrated infrastructure and sustainability come together at scale.

The session began with an overview of Mahindra Industrial Parks across India, setting the context for our approach to thoughtfully designed, future-ready developments. This was followed by a walkthrough of MWCC, where conversations moved from concepts to on-ground practices, spanning infrastructure planning, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
What stood out most was the shared intent to build spaces that are not just efficient, but also responsible and resilient.

We’re grateful to Ms. Kabita Kadambala, DGM (Architect), IDCO, Ms.Sangita Pani, Senior Engineer, IDCO, Mr. Sujit Gourav, Finance Consultant, Mr. Jagabandhu Majhi, Deputy Manager – Electrical, IDCO for the engaging discussions and the delegation’s appreciation of our efforts.
