يعتمد التصميم على استثمار طبيعة الموقع وأجواء شمال العراق، من خلال توزيع المساحات المفتوحة، مناطق الجلوس، المسارات، والعناصر الطبيعية بطريقة تحقق تجربة مريحة ومتوازنة، وتمنح المشروع طابعاً ريفياً راقياً يناسب أجواء الاستجمام والخصوصية.

Orchard landscape design located on Al-Maseef Road in northern Iraq, with a total area of approximately 6,000 sq.m, envisioned as an integrated natural space that combines tranquility, comfort, and well-planned green areas.
The design takes advantage of the site’s natural character and the atmosphere of northern Iraq, organizing open spaces, seating areas, pathways, and landscape elements to create a calm and balanced experience with a refined rural character suitable for relaxation and privacy.

السدود ليست مجرد منشآت خرسانية أو ترابية، بل أنظمة هندسية مصممة للتحكم بالمياه، مقاومة الضغوط، وتحقيق الاستقرار الإنشائي وفق طبيعة الموقع والتربة والاحتياج التشغيلي.

مقترح تصميم مطعم ملتقى النهرين في قضاء شط العرب، عند مدخل جزيرة الصالحية، على مساحة تقارب دونم واحد، ليكون وجهة ضيافة وترفيه تجمع بين الموقع المميز والطابع المعماري المعاصر.
يضم المشروع عدة صالات داخلية مصممة لتوفير تجربة مريحة وراقية للزوار، إلى جانب جلسات خارجية مفتوحة تستفيد من طبيعة الموقع وأجوائه، بما يخلق بيئة متكاملة تجمع بين تناول الطعام، الاستراحة، والتفاعل مع المحيط الخارجي.

The project is envisioned as a distinctive hospitality and leisure destination, combining a strategic location with a contemporary architectural character. It includes several indoor dining halls designed to provide a comfortable and refined visitor experience, along with outdoor seating areas that benefit from the site’s surrounding atmosphere.
The design focuses on a well-organized relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, considering circulation, views, comfort, and functional zoning to create an integrated restaurant environment suitable for dining, relaxation, and social gatherings.

مبنى إداري لإحدى شركات الحماية العاملة في القطاع النفطي، يتكوّن من 4 طوابق على أرض بناء بمساحة 520 م² للطابق الواحد، مع ساحة خلفية مخصصة للترفيه والاستراحة.
يعتمد التصميم على تكوين معماري عملي يلائم طبيعة عمل الشركات الأمنية والخدمية، مع تنظيم واضح للمساحات الداخلية وتوفير بيئة عمل مريحة ومتوازنة، تجمع بين الوظيفة الإدارية، الحركة العملية، ومساحات الاستراحة الداعمة لراحة العاملين.

يتكوّن المشروع من خمسة أبنية متصلة، تمثل الأقضية الرئيسية في محافظة البصرة، بارتفاعات تتراوح بين 10–13 طابقاً، ضمن تكوين عمراني مترابط يجمع بين الوظيفة الإدارية، الحضور المؤسسي، والواجهة المعمارية المميزة.

يعتمد التصميم على توزيع مدروس للمساحات الخارجية والداخلية، مع دمج المساحات الخضراء والمسطحات المائية بأسلوب يمنح المشروع أجواءً هادئة وحضوراً معمارياً مميزاً داخل البيئة السكنية.

A modern restaurant with a swimming pool and green park, located within one of Basrah’s residential compounds, with a total surface area of 40 × 160 m, designed as an integrated leisure destination that combines comfort, aesthetics, and contemporary hospitality.
The design is based on thoughtful planning of indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating greenery and water features to create a calm atmosphere and a distinctive architectural presence within the residential environment.

مبنى تجاري متعدد الطوابق G+3، بتكوين مزدوج ومندمج بعرض إجمالي 28 م وعمق 25 م، من تصميم وإعداد الواجهة المعمارية للمهندس أحمد طلال.

يعتمد التصميم على واجهة كلاسيكية ذات حضور قوي، تجمع بين الارتفاعات المتوازنة، الفتحات الرأسية، والزخارف المعمارية الدقيقة، بما يمنح المبنى طابعاً تجارياً راقياً وحضوراً مميزاً ضمن محيطه العمراني.

A multi-story commercial building G+3, designed as a twin and merged composition with a total width of 28 m and a depth of 25 m, with façade design and graphic development by Eng. Ahmed Talal.

The design presents a strong classical architectural presence, combining balanced vertical proportions, elegant façade openings, and refined decorative details, giving the building a distinguished commercial character within its urban context.
