بالتعاون مع شركة PDV الصينية، تواصل كوادرنا تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية والدقيقة لمشروع محطة كهرباء معمل سمنت كربلاء، عبر ربط وتوصيل كيبلات القدرة والسيطرة لعدد (3) وحدات توليد بسعة إجمالية تصل إلى 9 ميغاواط (3 ميغاواط لكل وحدة).
شملت أعمال المشروع:
إنهاءات الجهد المتوسط (MV Terminations): توصيل نهايات كيبلات الجهد المتوسط مع المحولات المرافقة (عدد 3) والمولدات الثلاثة.
ربط دوائر السيطرة للقواطع: توصيل أسلاك منظومة السيطرة والتحكم الخاصة بقواطع الدورة الكهربائية (Circuit Breakers) للمولدات الثلاثة.
ربط دوائر التحكم للمولدات: توصيل أسلاك منظومة السيطرة والتحكم الإشاراتية الخاصة بالوحدات التوليدية الثلاث.
ربط دوائر التحكم لمنظومات التبريد: توصيل أسلاك السيطرة والتحكم الكهربائي الخاصة بوحدات التبريد (Cooling Units) التابعة لكل مولد.
خطوة أخرى تعزز اعتمادية الشبكة الكهربائية في المنشآت الصناعية الكبرى بأعلى معايير الجودة والتنسيق العالمي. ⚡🏗️
In collaboration with PDV (China), our engineering teams are executing high-voltage and control systems integration for the Karbala Cement Plant Power Station. The project covers power and control cabling for three (3) power generation units with a total capacity of 9 MW (3 MW each).
Scope of Work Executed:
Medium Voltage (MV) Terminations: Ex*****on and termination of medium-voltage power cables connecting three (3) transformers and three (3) generators.
Circuit Breaker Control Wiring: Integration and wiring of control circuits for the three main generator circuit breakers.
Generator Control Integration: Wiring and point-to-point connection of control signaling circuits across all three generating units.
Cooling System Control Wiring: Installation and connection of electrical control cabling for the cooling units attached to each generator.
Delivering robust power integration and technical ex*****on for major industrial complexes with precision and international standard alignment. ⚡🏗️
