This consulting engineering company founded in 1994 by the name "Iran Art Congress". In 2004, after changing stakeholders the company continues by "Pars Art of Architecture Congress, Consulting Engineer". The manager, founder, and the main stakeholder is Mr. Mahdi Foroughmand Araabi. He was born in Tehran 1951. He is graduated from Tehran University in master of architecture, fine art faculty in

1976. The managers previous occupations: Founder, member of the board of directions and stakeholder of IAC from 1990 to 2003.

این مهندسین مشاور در سال 1371 با نام کنگره هنر ایران تاسیس شده است. پس از سال 1382 و با تغییر سهامداران این مشاور با نام کنگره هنر معماران پارس به فعالیت خود ادامه داده است. این مشاور با دفاتر مشاور سازه، تاسیسات و شهرسازی بسیاری همکاری دارد.
مدیر عامل ، مؤسس و سهامدار عمده این مشاور آقای مهدی فروغمند اعرابی می باشند . ایشان در سال 1330 در تهران متولد شده و فارغ التحصیل دانشکده هنرهای زیبا در رشته معماری در سال 1355 می باشند .
