- Planning (such as Sector Studies , Master Planning , Feasibility Studies , Site Evaluation , Project Optimization , Environmental and Social Impact Studies ).
- Engineering (Project Studies , Detailed Design & Construction Drawing , Cost Estimates , Construction Scheduling , Specifications & Bidding Documents , Assessment of Tenders & Contract Negotiations With Suppliers and Contractors).
- Construction management (Contract Administration , Field Supervision , Inspection & Quality Control and etc.).
