Zabol Cement Ind. Co. Zabol Cement Industries Company (Sistan Cement Plant) was established in September 2003 to produce one million tons/year Gray Cement.

The ground breaking for the cement project was April 2006 as executive operations on it started in August the same year. The project was put on the stream line in February 2009.
