The road to IRONMAN World Championship in Kona continues. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ This time, coach Parker Spencer puts professional triathlete Rudy von Berg to the test with the COSMED K5, using a VO₂max assessment to gain deeper insights into his current physiological profile ahead of Kona.
