Nel corso di gelateria italiana, gli studenti vivono un’esperienza formativa completa, lavorando fianco a fianco con strumenti professionali come la macchina combinata 3in1 firmata . Un contesto davvero internazionale, con partecipanti da tutto il mondo, come Fahmi Selmi dalla Tunisia, presente all’ultimo incontro di formazione e prossimo gelatiere.

In the Italian gelato course, students experience a complete hands-on training path, working side by side with professional equipment such as the 3in1 combined machine by . A truly international context, with participants from all over the world, including Fahmi Selmi from Tunisia, who joined the latest training session and is an aspiring gelato maker.
