🔐🛠 HOW TO GUARNTEE PERFECT CLOSURE IN MULTI-PLATE INJECTION MOLDS? 🔰⚙
When it comes to hardened steel, nothing is simple. Tolerance design must manage:
⚠️ cumulative stack‑ups;
⚠️ non‑uniform thermal expansion in complex geometries;
⚠️ pressure‑induced deflection that can open seal lines💥🤯
among the other things.

Hardened inserts limit machining allowances and require precise CNC/EDM strategies, while cooling layout and material CTEs (👉 Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) demand thermal compensation and FEM validation (that is, the Finite Element Model).

We control contact surfaces, pre‑load, and balanced cooling to minimize distortion and wear.
