𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻?
Apparently, very little. Different ages, materials, geometries and construction techniques. Yet they all vibrate—and they have all been investigated with Tromino®.

By recording ambient vibrations, we can identify their resonant frequencies, modes and damping, revealing a dynamic identity shaped by internal properties, constraints and interaction with the surrounding environment.

Every structure has its own way of moving. We just need to listen.

𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁? 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲.

Slender structures show widely spaced modes, while squat structures exhibit closely spaced modes.

These resonant frequencies can be identified from ambient-vibration measurements — with just a few minutes of recording.

𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 and 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁 make this type of structural dynamic characterization particularly simple: small 3-component instruments, no artificial excitation, and a lot of information hidden in ambient vibrations.

More than 20 years after its first release, hashtag has been completely redesigned to provide a more powerful and intuitive platform for the analysis of H/V and surface-wave dispersion data.

The new generation of 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 also introduces 𝗔𝗜-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 to streamline data processing and support interpretation.

In this live training course, we will explore 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮’s latest capabilities for generating, processing, and interpreting active and passive surface-wave 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀, in both 𝟭𝗗 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝗗 applications, including MASW, ReMi, S**C and ESAC.

Through practical examples and real datasets, we will show how the new workflow can deliver more reliable results and more robust interpretations.
