Highly filled compounds combine a polymeric base with a high percentage of mineral fillers, helping reduce production costs compared to standard masterbatches, while demanding rigorous process control to ensure stable output and excellent dispersion.

Over the years, MARIS has implemented key process developments to maximize both filler percentage and throughput.

This solution enables filler levels up to 80–85%, maintaining excellent dispersion standards.
