ENG I wanted to recap on the work that has been done on the wheel, as I am particularly proud of it.
A big thank you to High Tech Associates s.r.l. for the 3D scan of the wheel — it was crucial in obtaining an accurate model and enabling us to design the filling with great precision.
TPU never fails to amaze me; its strength and versatility are unmatched among consumer-grade filaments.
I can create many versions of this filling with different levels of hardness, so if you need something similar, please ask.
The wheels used are the Pro-Line Badlands MX43.

ITA Volevo ricapitolare il lavoro svolto sulla ruota perché ne sono particolarmente orgoglioso.
Grazie a High Tech Associates s.r.l. per la scansione 3D della ruota: è stato un passo fondamentale per ottenere un modello accurato e poter progettare il riempimento con alta precisione.
Il TPU non smette mai di stupirmi: la sua resistenza e versatilità non hanno eguali nell'universo dei filamenti amatoriali.
Posso creare molte versioni di questo riempimento con diverse durezze, quindi se avete bisogno di qualcosa di simile non esitate a chiedere.
Le ruote utilizzate sono le pro-line badlands mx43.

ENG Roverto with a kart seat is much more comfortable than what I imagined. This clip compares Roverto with another product I am developing for a client of mine: the High Tech Associates s.r.l. electric competition kart, a high-performance vehicle designed to be the ultimate KZ killer.
Roverto won't have the same power, but it can certainly U-turn in a much smaller space!

ITA Roverto con il sedile da kart è più molto più comodo di quanto avessi immaginato. Questo divertente video mette a confronto Roverto con un altro prodotto che sto sviluppando per un mio cliente: il kart elettrico da competizione di High Tech Associates s.r.l., un veicolo ad alte prestazioni progettato per ba***re i KZ al loro gioco.
Roverto non avrà la stessa potenza, ma può sicuramente fare inversione a U in uno spazio molto più ridotto!

ENG Load tests on the suspension have yielded excellent results: the heavy-duty springs are perfectly consistent with calculations, and the maximum sustainable load is 31 kg. The lighter springs lack a little stiffness, but it is always possible to ballast the loads to reach the next range, so that's not a big deal.

ITA I test di carico sulla sospensione hanno dato ottimi risultati : le molle per carichi pesanti sono perfettamente coerenti con i calcoli e il massimo carico sostenibile è di 31 kg. Le molle più leggere peccano un po' di rigidezza, ma zavorrare i carichi per arrivare al range successivo è sempre possibile, quindi poco male.
