This is the new Industry 4.0-compliant production line for tomato sauces and tomato purée, recently installed at the facility of one of our valued Italian customers. The tomato juice extraction process can be carried out either through hot-break or cold-break technology, depending on the recipe requirements.

Today, we are proud to present this new processing plant, which is now on its way to the factory of one of our special customers.
This plant has been specifically designed for the production of chakchouka (shakshuka) and other concentrated spicy sauces, delivering efficiency, reliability, and high-quality performance to support our customer's production goals.
A project like this is the result of teamwork, expertise, and dedication. A heartfelt thank you goes to our colleagues in the Engineering Department and across all Production Departments, whose commitment and hard work every day make achievements like this possible.
