Not one part. A whole series. 👇

Think 3D printing is only for prototypes, or too slow for production? Not on a printfarm.

Many printers working in parallel, in our production plan in Ruvo di Puglia:
▪ One file, many machines: the same part runs on several printers at once
▪ Two materials in one print: technical filament with water-soluble supports
▪ With a typical part: 16 in a working day, instead of 8
▪ Same space, same power

From the first prototype to the small batch, with the same workshop and the same file.

How many do you need? Tell us the part and the quantity, in the comments or by DM.

FFF, resin, SLS or Metal FFF? Which would you choose? 👇

Same part, four 3D printing processes, four different results. The right choice depends on what the part has to do, not on which technology is "best".

In this carousel we compare them on six criteria: ▪ Surface ▪ Supports ▪ Isotropy ▪ Materials ▪ Size ▪ Batch

On the last slide: the five things we need to choose the right process for your part.

Write your pick in the comments, then swipe. Save this post for your next quote.

Resin isn’t just for prototypes 🧪

Smooth finish, crisp details, isotropic properties. And materials for parts that actually work:

– Rigid, for dimensional stability
– Tough, for impact resistance
– Ceramic, with HDT up to 280 °C
– Flame retardant
– Flexible

The catch? Getting there. Alcohol wash, supports, UV post-cure, waste disposal. Plus gloves, goggles, respirator. Every single time 🥽

Or... you send the file. We send you the finished part 📦

Broken part. No drawing. Machine stopped.🔧

We scan it, rebuild it as a clean CAD model, fix the weak point and print it in the right material, from polymers to 316L and 17-4 PH stainless steel.

Some shapes FFF just can’t print. SLS can.

The reason is simple: in SLS the powder is the support. A laser fuses each layer into a bed of powder, and the powder it doesn’t touch holds up every overhang. When the job is done, it’s brushed and blown away.

That opens up three things filament can’t do:
→ curved channels closed inside the part
→ lattices with thousands of struts and zero supports
→ joints that come out of the printer already moving

Swipe to see how, plus what changes when you break the part.

This is plastic. And the metal detector finds it 🔍

A hopper for a food packaging line, 3D printed on the large-format ELEMENTO TC5 by .3d

It's made from magnet-detectable PETG. If it breaks on the line, even a small fragment gets caught by the metal detector. Standard PETG goes straight through.

We design it around your machine: connections, inlet, slope. One part or a small batch, no tooling. And your logo on top ✅

Hoppers, chutes, guides, conveyors. If it's on your line, we can make it.

Brakes running too hot? We 3D-printed a brake cooling duct for a 890 Duke R.

In motorsport, cooling ducts are often integrated into the bodywork or added as appendages to keep heavily stressed components at operating temperature. We developed a dedicated duct for the front brake system, from 3D scanning to the printed part.

Process:
- 3D scan of the front end: no drawings, the scan became our reference geometry
- Design for printing: 0.8 mm walls, overhangs within 40°, no supports
- CFD simulation, run and run again, with the scanned fender included in the model
- Internal guide vanes printed in one piece with the duct walls
- Polypropylene with 100% recycled carbon fiber
- Two halves that snap together: no screws, no tools
- Texture and logo built into the file, printed with the part

Your team's name, a number, a logo: it goes into the CAD and comes out of the printer.

Resin parts look simple. The process behind them isn't. 🔬

Precise, smooth SLA, LCD and DLP parts need more than a printer:

🧪 01 – The right resin, stored away from light under controlled temperature
🫧 02 – IPA wash, with spent resin and solvent collected and disposed of to EU standards
😷 03 – Extracted workspace, nitrile gloves, eye and respiratory protection
💡 04 – UV post-cure with validated time and temperature, where the final mechanical properties are set

You can set all of this up in-house.
Or you can send us the file and receive the finished part. 📦

A filamento non escono. In SLS sì. 🔍
